My baby daddy is annoying asf

I want to scream because this man is always effing shit up in his life and I am soooo over it. I’m on assistance and they require the fathers of the child to pay child support and this man only has to be $100 a month via private agreement between the two of us. He recently quit his job that was stable like he does every other job or gets fired and now my benefits may be cut off for not him paying. Imagine, a little $100 could have my assistance cut to the point where my children and I will be homeless and in poverty. I am so annoyed! He’s crying to me talking about he only got paid $200. Like who tf said to be unemployed for a month? I told him to get his old job back and he knows he can get it back because they’re nice people, I work at the same place as him so I know the managers. but he didn’t want too. This man always gets fired from jobs and purposely quit to work under the table then the under table job went out of season and I told him those under the table jobs aren’t stable and he knew that because the under the table job wasn’t a everyday job but his other job was a everyday Monday to Friday work and stable. He’s so stupid and now my kids and I are gonna pay the price. I have christmas coming up, groceries to buy, bills to pay and I am so damn scared I might be cut off because of him. I swear to gosh if I get cut off I’m taking him to court to get the proper child support amount because we only had a private agreement through assistance and not through courts.
