HELP! Implantation bleeding?

Please help!!! I’m 4.2 weeks pregnant. I keep testing positive everyday. I have had some dull cramps and constipation the past two day. I finally went to the bathroom and I noticed some bleeding. Is this implantation bleeding? I’m scared!

Bleeding turned to more of a spotting and it did turn brownish. It only last about 3 hours. I went to my OB and she said “Everything looks great.” Sac size 2x3mm. She also stated It was left over Implantation bleeding that can happen after a few day after implantation. She said you can get a positive test right before implantation. Did my genetic blood work and hCg levels are at 241.8. I will go back on Wednesday morning to make sure my level continue to increase by 35-50%. Hoping to see 500!

Implantation happens before you ever get a positive pregnancy test so no this isn’t implantation. I’d definitely call your ob

Go to your doctor!! Don’t play with that… that look red- implantation bleeding has a darker brown color to it… and should be that much… best luck to you

I just had this same type of bleeding and I’ve been cramping. I got a positive Friday and yesterday. I think I’m about 4w 5d. I’ve never had a miscarriage so I’m definitely worried.

I’m a bit further along (7weeks) but I also had this bleeding. went to the ER and it was a subchorionic hemorrhage (the most common reason to have bleeding during pregnancy.) 
go to the ER & have it checked or call your OB ❤️‍🩹
