If you were pregnant then yes. If not then no. Early miscarriages and periods look very very similar. If your tests were negative that indicates you weren’t pregnant but if you can’t test positive for whatever reason (some people can’t even when pregnant due to hormonal problems) then there’s no way strangers on the internet can tell you that you were. See your doctor and they can tell you what’s going on, we can’t. Either way I’m sorry you’re going through this

That looks like a regular clot to me from a period. If you’ve had no negative test I’d say it’s just a normal clot.
