No sex for another month

Hey guys

So about a week ago or more i was bleeding on and off for 2 days

I saw my OB just to be sure my baby was okay and the baby is healthy thank God

They couldn’t figure out why i was bleeding so they told me to take it easy and don’t lift anything heavy and no sex for another month just to be safe, which will put me in my 2nd trimester

I didn’t ask cause i didn’t think about it but can i not do anything sexual without penetration? Like is it okay to orgasm without something going inside?

She wasn’t clear so i wanted to come in here and ask if that’s okay! Lol
