Period due in 4 days very stretchy cm

I’m cycle day 25 today, usually this close to my period I am dry or have minimal creamy cm. This is what I’ve got going on now.

My husband and I aren’t preventing a pregnancy. Is this a sign of early pregnancy? My nipples feel like they are on fire today.
