Confused!

So yesterday I posted the first and second pic and some of the ladies here co firm that they can see a faint line, and I emailed my doctor and sent her those photos to confirm if they considered it as a faint positive/positive home pregnancy test or just wait till my period is due. Then Today I received a email from the other obgyn since my obgyn is out of the office and told me it’s negative and wait till my period is due. So my question is does faint line did not really consider a positive yet? Even tho the line came out right after?
