High-Risk Pregnancy

I just got done at my OBGYN appointment and was told I needed to go to a high risk doctor, baby was in less than 3 percentile for weight at my anatomy scan, so they are assuming is IUGR. This is my second pregnancy and I had no issues with my first child so I’m just really scared and terrified. has anyone else gone through this and it been okay or turned out that baby was growing fine? If not, growing fine and diagnosed with IUGR what was the process like, was baby okay?
