Thoughts on levels?

Just got my bloodwork back, and here are the results. I know a single hcg numer doesn't tell you much, but what about that progesterone? It is way high. I am 4 weeks exactly. Ovulation was exactly 14 days ago and confirmed with ultrasound because we are doing IUI. Trigger was 16 days ago. Would you think twins are likely? I had 4 mature folicles, but I have had several failed rounds of IUI with 4 follicles. I also had 2 pregnancies (first was twins), but both miscarried. Thanks!
