Low progesterone

I had my first IUI on 11/1. I had a negative pregnancy test on 11/15. I was told to retest if I didn’t get my period in 4 days. I had some spotting 2 days later and bright red bleeding 3-4 days later which I assumed was my period. I went into rusty for an ultrasound to see if I could start my follistim for IUI #2. My lining was thicker than expected, so they had me do another pregnancy test. Shockingly It came back positive. However, I was told my progesterone was very low, 0.7. They had me start progesterone injections today. My hcg was 80 and my estradiol was 134. I am scared to death, but want to be cautiously optimistic. Anyone else with similar experiences? I go back to have my labs rechecked on Wednesday.
