If this is bothering you so much that you’ve made multiple posts just break up. Does a compliment even mean anything if you have to ask for it? Find someone that is more compatible

End it and stop relying so much on his approval 
If you need that sort of reassurance from a guy you need to ask yourself why and maybe talk to a therapist about your insecurities you also need to realise he will only do it because you keeping pushing him to do so then you’ll complain he isnt being sincere 
Move on and be with someone more suitable
