First month on letrzole

This is my first cycle in letrzole because my ob thinks I have PCOS. I'm trying to be optimistic and calm. I'm on metformin. I'm trying to eat well. We don't think we can afford IUI to go with it. Any tips for optimizing our chances of conceiving with times intercourse?
