Uncertain please chime in

Hey everyone ! I’ve been using Flo app which is always accurate for me as far as my period start and end date. The app says I ovulated yesterday. Well I’m freaking out because I had sex Sunday. What are the chances I could have conceived ? The glow app is saying today is my actual ovulation date. Super uncertain. Any help is welcome.

PS yesterday I had very abnormally thick CM discharge. Not sure what that was about but it was slightly alarming. I also had period cramps. How do I know which ovulation date to trust ? And is it possible that the sperm could have still been in my cervix this long ? I feel like most of it fell out Monday.
