Weird question

Anytime I push on my belly to get baby to move it almost feels like there is a weird sensation inside my vagina it either feels like my cervix is moving or something. I’m 17 weeks with my second and extremely worried. I don’t have a history of preterm labor or anything. Should I be worried?

I have been having Braxton hicks contractions for awhile now but my ob said normal. But this is new and I haven’t been able to see her again because my appointment is dec 14
