3 month old and possibly pregnant

Hi I was trying to track my ovulation after pregnancy and somehow I got a very faint line the other day I’m SCARED this wasn’t in the plans and according to my test strips I “never” ovulated

Anyone ever have kids almost only ONE YEAR apart ??? Please let me know how it went
