Numbness on upper thigh

Yay! Have had a very easy pregnancy thus far— 19w 4 days. Last night after hosting Thanksgiving and running around like a crazy woman I noticed a small area of upper outer thigh is numb. Still like this after waking up. Sigh. Anyone else had/have this??
