Hello 👋, this Ultrasound was done at 4.5 weeks. Do you think it’s okay to not see gestational sac at this point?

Also, today I should be 5.2 weeks according to glow. Did a urine test at home this morning and it’s pretty faint. Barely noticeable. I’ve actually never gotten a dark like since I’ve been testing (all vvvvvvfl). Qualitative blood tests came back positive at 4.2weeks and 4.5 weeks, both faint as well. I’m losing it. Cried and cried. No symptoms except missed period and headache. At 4weeks, I had sore boobs and nipples.
