TTC - comments

How do you handle people making remarks about pregnancy while you’re TTC. My family knows I’m TTC but I have family friends and even my chiropractor that keeps making comments. “Aren’t you about due to be pregnant again?” Or holding my niece and someone comments “you need a baby now too huh?” I know they don’t mean anything about it but after 2 years TTC and 3 miscarriages later, I’m just not interested in hearing it 😟
