Rectocele issues

I was diagnosed with a stage 1-2 rectocele recently. I had my second child and it was pretty traumatic, he was 10.5lbs and had to have an episiotomy so I’m sure those two things fucked my pelvic floor up. Anyways, I have been trying to avoid constipation eating plenty of fiber, lots of water and I’ll go to the bathroom ocassssionally, but I know I’m still not going enough. It’s to the point where this rectocele is literally making it impossible for me to poop. I’m not trying to attempt to strain either since I don’t want to make it worse. The gyno I saw who diagnosed me didn’t seem to care or want to help with what I should do or offer PT. I don’t know who to speak to about this but I’m pretty sure I’m making it worse by not being able to go the bathroom. I literally will take miralax, stool softeners, drink coffee. Like I cannot go. It’s really really messed up. I’m bloated, having sharp pains down there. I’m frustrated dealing with this. It’s uncomfortable. Any advice for those who have dealt with this?
