12 dpo , confirmed pregnancy, now bleeding
i found out i was pregnant a couple days ago and a few mins ago i noticed i was bleeding very very faintly. maybe like a spotting but i was supposed to start my period in 2 days but wasn’t really expecting it anymore bc of the doctors confirming i was so now i’m just worried i’m going to miscarry again. any advice
