5 year Olds spine

We got her back checked, xrayed, and ultrasound done about maybe 6 months ago and she looked again at her year check up about a month ago. But does anyone think this is abnormal it looks about the same size and only difference is on the actual skin is little small bumps just where the spine bulges out in the one spot. Has anyone dealt with something like this? She seems like a normal 5 year old running around and playing she doesn't complain of it hurting.
