No ovulation? Help please!

I had my progesterone drawn yesterday to confirm ovulation occurred. Based on bbt and positive opk I should’ve been 10dpo. My progesterone was <0.5. I do have a message out to my doctor but I probably won’t get one back until Monday. We have been ttc baby #2 since January of 2021. I have had all the bloodwork for recurrent MC and ultrasounds and everything had come back normal. I am supposed to have an HSG once my cycle starts and see a genetic specialist. Can I have not been ovulating even if bbt confirmed? This is my first time getting progesterone tested.
