Cramping no bleeding

So I’m about 7 weeks, 8&3 by my LMP but last week ultrasound showed a baby with a heartbeat measuring 7wks. The last 2 days I’ve had pretty strong cramping that comes and goes, but is going on at least half the time. I’ve had zero spotting or bleeding, and all my other symptoms are still full blast, the nausea is the worst I’ve had. I’m just worried if this seems normal and I’m overthinking or not. I may be overly sensitive since I’ve had 3 miscarriages now in a row prior to this.
