Little baby flutters 12w2d

I know this sounds crazy, but I’m sick and laying in bed (fucking head cold) and I’ve been laying very still and I swear I can feel the baby doing little flips in there.

Long story short - yesterday at my appt they couldn’t find her heartbeat right away, so they brought in the hand-held ultrasound and my girl was moving so much they couldn’t ever get an accurate heartbeat,🤣 and I saw on the ultrasound all the flips she was doing. Today, I swear I can feel her moving every once in awhile.
