Confused…

So I quit breastfeeding 3 months ago and I have been spotting/bleeding for 60 days STRAIGHT. I assumed it was likely just my hormones evening out. I’m still bleeding with small clots but I got a positive pregnancy test today. It’s not faint either. I’ll add a photo. How is that possible?!?! We had sex once about 11 days ago but I literally have not stopped bleeding. HELP.
