Once in awhile if I ate something bad or if I’m sick. However, my husband has it everyday … sometimes multiple times a day. He has IBS 😞

I get it quite frequently. I could say at least in the double digits monthly. I’m either constipated or having diarrhea. Lol. In 2019 I was previously with pancreatitis, so I have some sort of undiagnosed digestive issue. Lets just say Imodium is my BFF.

Usually once or twice a nothing mainly if I went on coffee/caffeine kick usually i cause it myself

Last time was several decades ago honestly...I had the flu like 25 yrs ago and it was a symptom but have not had it since for any reason. Not sure if that is normal either lol.

Probably a couple times a month? I seem to get it if I eat red meat which I love, so I have it often😂

I haven't had it in years thankfully. Last time was when I ate some bad food at a restaurant three years ago.
