Hello guys ! I’m 9weeks and doctor said to start taking prenatal alongside ‘FERAGOBLIN’ not sure of the spelling 😁😁 what’s the best prenatal in the market ? Recommendations please 🙏

Prenatals are not a “one size fits all” unfortunately. You need to make sure you’re getting all the proper amounts of nutrients during pregnancy, especially folate, choline and dha. Once you’ve determined what you get daily from your diet, you can decide a good fit for a prenatal/omega 3 supplement. I’m a relatively good eater in general (clean, whole and usually keto) but during pregnancy I lose my appetite, so a high quality prenatal and supplemental supplements are essential for optimal levels of recommended vitamins/minerals. I currently take MegaFoods- Baby and Me 2, a high quality omega 3, a separate choline (as my prenatal only has 55% daily needs), vitamin D3 and K2 and Magnesium (all very important for mom and baby during pregnancy). Don’t take picking a prenatal lightly, and always start them 3-6 months before ttc. It can prevent so many avoidable birth defects and health problems for you and baby. Dietitians and nutritionists are also great resources for picking a prenatal correct form you! Good luck!
