3 positive.... With a twist?

Yesterday morning and this morning I got 3 positives on my hpt. Yes, they were positive and not indents or evap lines. But Friday night I started spotting which is now a full blown period. Or at least it seems to be a period. I'm having slight cramps. But not anything bad. I'm confused. Is this normal or is something wrong. I do plan on testing again in a week due to vvvvvf lines just to be sure.
