Quit smoking habits advice
I’ve been vaping for a few years now. Finally a few weeks ago I’ve come to the decision that I want to stop, because I had a feeling it was a cause of heightened anxiety. Well after that decision I’ve casually declined my nicotine intake over the last few weeks. Honestly it feels amazing, I even managed to get to 0%. My only problem is I’m having so much trouble with breaking the actual “vaping”. I’ve been at 0 for a week now and I would like to quit using it, but everytime I try to put it away it’s like I have these cravings to just need to use it and I don’t know how to break that. Hoping to get some advice.
