Husband said sex is boring

Over the past two months my husband has stopped having sex with me as often. We were having sex at least once a week, and now we have had sex twice a month for two months. He told me tonight he doesn’t like sex anymore because it’s boring. I have tried to get this man to do more things with me. I have worn lingerie, flirted, asked him if he wanted sex, etc and he rejects me because he’s “too tired”. He also “hits it and quits it”. Never tries to make me orgasm or pleasure me. He says we need to do foreplay now. Our sex has been like this for nearly a year now. It really hurts my heart for him to say sex with me is boring… I feel like I’m ugly and he’s not sexually attracted to me. Should I feel this way or am I overreacting?
