so to keep it short, i’m about 5 weeks 4 days pregnant, a very stressful situation last night happened and afterwards i started to feel some light cramping and there was a very little bit of light pink blood when i wiped. i haven’t had any blood since that one time but continued to have cramps. i got scared because i had 2 early miscarriages before so i decided to be safe and get checked out. they did an ultrasound and said they found the gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole which they said is concerning.. i thought it’d be way too early to see a fetal pole anyways ? also my hcg level was 13,809. i’m not sure wether or not to be worried :/ the cramps have stopped but now i’m upset about there being no heart beat. i have a follow up appointment with my OB on friday but wanted to see if anybody has gone through something similar and has any insight 🙁
