Can y’all help explain how I track my bbt? And also for those of you who use bbt do you use a normal thermometer or do you use a bbt thermometer?
I’m waiting on AF right now I’m 15dpo and had betas drawn yesterday everything was negative so this next cycle I want to do bbt
