Ovulation

Good night ladies PCOS is very new to me I’m only 22 and I was diagnosed at 17-18 but I’ve been trying now for over 3 years to get pregnant I’ve done everything you can possibly imagine , provera , clomid , prenatal, 6months or birth control the stoping it , D and C procedure , and currently I’m doing letrezole . I took a ovulation test today and I’m having trouble knowing if I’m at my peak or close to it like I said this is new to me please don’t judge . It’s toward the bottom of the image if someone can enlighten me with the correct information I would highly appreciate it .. thank you so much and baby dust to all
