Does anyone know if you can hear a "wowowow swish sound in lower abdomen and not be pregnant?

Back story I was 3 weeks late for my period, but spotted for less than a day. I tried my doppler and hear a swishing sound by my right ovary. I will obviously get a test tomorrow, but just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation.

It’s probably your own blood flow and your guts making poop 🤷‍♀️ if you were far enough along for that a test would 100% pick it up.

Yes there are other noises. I get it done every week and can hear my stomach gurgling, a weird whoosh, my own heartbeat which my midwives have said a lot of women can easily mistake as a babies.. also i couldn’t hear my babies HB for the first time til 13-14 weeks. I could see but not hear
