Ovulation?

So I took this test and baby danced yesterday morning after I got this ovulation test back. Thinking I would ovulate the next day. Had some pretty hard cramping at work and then was fine. Got home from work and baby danced that night as well.

This morning I was thinking I would have a crazy positive but it was a super faint negative. Do you think the cramping was me ovulating? Or did I just not ovulate?

Sorry if this is a dumb question I didn’t track my ovulation with my first, this is my third month doing it but the first month I’ve actually been super consistent.
