Loss at 6w1d?

Hello, I was getting these tests about a week ago:

Now my tests are negative or extremely faint.
I had some spotting last Friday where I wiped and there was a little blood. And then I went to the OB yesterday and they couldn't see anything in my uterus. I have not had a full bleed yet. Is it possible I have miscarried without bleeding or cramping?
I've already had 2 CP's in the past. I am just so sad and confused right now. Thanks

Sorry I don’t mean to worry you but that is exactly how I was when I had an ectopic! 
They waited till I was 8/9 week to find it in my tube .. I had to have my right tube removed … it was only when I wiped and like red and brown sorry for tmi .. hope you ok and this isn’t the case for you

Was it an ultrasound that they couldn’t see anything? Also, look up the hook affect for the tests. Try adding 50/50 water and pee to test. Your hcg could be so high it’s not registering correctly on the tests.
