ensure

can I drink ensure like daily in order to gain some weight? i’m 21 weeks but very petite I started off at 129 lbs pre pregnancy after gaining that weight from 115. now im 137 but I still look so tiny. and this is only so that I could be comfortable in my body bc i’ve been insecure about being so small my whole life I just want to gain weight. this is my third baby and I have not put on any weight from pregnancy it drops right back off lol. i’m trying to up my calories but I need something extra to gain. im ok with doing this only because I am so small. and of course im always getting the “your so tiny” comments that piss me off lol.
