Can I use a human pregnancy test on my dog?

My dog got out 3 times last week. One time was at night, we woke up and she was gone and we drove around and found her. She could have been out all night, but I think she probably slept, woke up maybe 4/5ish, then went out. I found her around 930. She was probably gone about 5 hours.

The second time she got out for about 45 mins.

The third time she got out, I got home from work she was gone. we drove around could not find her. I posted on Facebook and then someone returned her the next day.

I am worried she got pregnant on one of her fiascos. She definitely could have, I have no idea what she was doing but the fact that she felt the need to leave the house makes me worry she was looking to fuck lol.

I can tell when she’s about to pee, when she goes for walks she sniffs certain spots. Collecting the urine in a cup won’t be a problem, but would I get an accurate result? And when should I start testing?
