TWW Confusion

Alright so I ovulated on November 20th. My husband and I had sex on all the right days and all that jazz. This past weekend I started experiencing abdominal cramps, bloating and pain on the left side of my uterus. Today I started having nipple tingling and my breasts were feeling sore. I took an ovulation test yesterday just to see and it was positive. Part of me thinks this a result of being pregnant. Am I crazy? I should also note I’ve never experienced this severity of symptoms during past ovulations. I’ve taken a pregnancy and it was negative but it’s only been 10 days so that’s not abnormal.
