Sweep?

Hey friends. If you have had a membrane sweep in the past, would you be willing to share your experience?
Did it work?
How soon after did you have your baby?
How far along we’re you when you had it and how dilated and effaced were you beforehand?

I was 40 weeks 1.5cm 80% effaced. Started labor that night around 11pm with irregular contractions. By 1am couldn’t stand the pain so went to hospital walked for about an hour then 30mins later water broke.

I had it at exactly 40 weeks with my first pregnancy. I was not dilated at all. I ultimately got induced at 41 weeks so it didn't work. 
For this pregnancy, I plan to get it done in 2 weeks if i dont go into labor by then. Hopefully it'll work.

I had a membrane sweep with both of my girls. I want to say it was at my 38 week appointment with my first. It didn’t work, she came at 39 weeks, 6 days. I had it done again for my second at my 39 week appt and I went into labor later that night. I think I was around 2CM dilated for both but I don’t remember how effaced I was.

Got a sweep on my due date, was 1cm dilated. Didn’t do anything, ended up getting induced a week and a half later
