Baby won’t eat

My 4 month old won’t eat , I’ve tried multiple times it’s been 10 hours ago I gave her pedialyte so she wouldn’t get dehydrated but she’s not even crying or anything so I’m confused. Could it be teething ? she’s been fussy lately I give her soothing gel for her gums but she still won’t eat I’ve tried giving her the syringe method and it won’t work she’s pooped already I gave her gas drops so I am out of options. A week ago she was eating perfectly fine every 3-4 hours 5-6 ounces.
