Can someone tell me what happens now?

We have been officially trying for a year now. Unsuccessfully. 
And tomorrow is my appointment with my obgyn. 
What will happen? I know he will mention me being overweight and that being the cause for having long cycles. 
But what else? 
I am so scared that he will refuse to help me bfoee I lose weight.

When I went after a year of TTC my doctor ordered blood work on the 3rd day of my period, a transvaginal ultrasound, a HSG test, and a sperm analaysis. After everything came back good (for me) she gave me the option of going straight to the fertility clinic or try Clomid for 3 cycles to see what happens. Unfortunately we didn’t get pregnant. Husband has 2% morphology. We had our first consult with the IVF dr this past Tuesday. 
Mainly once you get all the testing done you go from there.

They should do general testing for you, but yes, they may also recommend weight loss before moving forward if you are truly obese. Be prepared for that conversation.
