Wart?

Does this look like a wart? I’ve had it for about 6 years or so, since I was in my teens. Sometimes it’ll get itchy but that’s rare. It’s smooth and doesn’t bother me at all besides appearance wise. I’m kind of scared it might be cancer though since it hasn’t went away. It hasn’t grown either

I had a wart when I was young around that they removed from my thumb but nothing since.
