Boyfriend and potential father

We have been TTC for only a month but everytime we argue it always leads almost leads to parting separate ways. We've always come back to each other but that's not the point. Out arguments are bad and sometimes I rethink about my decision about TTC because I don't want to raise my child in this environment.
