Pain non stop anyone can relate

I finished my first period in year since I breastfeed on nov 23 . I been cramping now for 4 days but bad pains on and off there moment where it can last up to an hour consistently . I had lower back pain yesterday all day and went away . Today it back cramping again . Now it been lasting over an hour . I went to urgent care yesterday . My Urine was clear . My first thought was a uti but they ruled it out . Plus it doesn’t burn when I pain as usual nor do I have to pee a lot. Has anyone ever experienced this ? What they do ? I tried Tylenol since it the only thing I can take since I breastfeed but it don’t help and also tried heating pad and really doesn’t do much . So please someone any one help . I’m a mom of 2 under 2 and I can’t afford a er trip and have to be active for my kids.
