chances? pls help
did my first round of letrozole this month (7.5 mg). i have a 20.1 mm follicle and my endo (what my doc is calling my lining) is 8.6 mm.. has anyone had similar measurements and conceived? my doctor put some really high hopes in my head so i’m trying to be optimistic but not too excited.
husband has lower sperm motility as well.
