Normal???

Just had Cheesecake Factory first time going since finding out I’m pregnant, and now that I’m home I am on toilet experiencing diarrhea 😭 I guess my body wasn’t a fan? Is this normal to have barley an hour after eating ?

Ugh we got dominoes last night, i knew it was a bad idea but I wanted to be lazy and just order pizza instead of cooking. I had two slices and couldn’t even go 30 minutes before I was in the bathroom. All day today I feel like my stomach lining is raw and I haven’t been able to stomach more than dry Chex cereal and peppermint tea. Bleh.

I had loose stools with my first almost my entire pregnancy. However I was told if I have a fever and the diarrhea persists to get checked out. Food poisoning can be dangerous while pregnant. Especially salmonella and listeria.

Yeah. Our digestive systems are super sensitive in the first trimester. Mine has done the same a few times. There's nothing to worry about just rehydrate as best you can. Tums helped me.
