Should I pump at night if baby wont drain breast?

Should I pump at night and if my baby sleeps through feedings? My breasts became so painfully engorged last night and when he ate he didn’t drain my breast like he usually does. 
He slept for longer stretches last night, going up to 4 hours which he’s never done before. 
He’s 10 days old. I try to wake him up to finish them but he seems uninterested and satisfied on what he ate and just wants to sleep. 
He usually drains my breast with each feeding.

Do not pump! Doing so before 6wks can easily create over supply on top of the over supply you already have cause your supply isn’t regulated and cause more issues. That includes even more engorgement. It’s best to leave it or hand express to take off pressure only. That’s it.

Nope! Just latch on demand. Don’t force babe to empty breast. Your milk is trying to regulate. 
If you are in pain and a feeding isn’t near, just hand express a little, not to empty, just to relief. 
If you pump to empty after a feed, it’ll just make it worse and worse each night you do that. Every time you empty your breast, your body thinks babe needs milk then and will continue to make more at that time. Do not pump.

I wouldn’t. Hand express to comfort as you’re still regulating. 
So it’s not fun to stay awake to pump at night
