help anyone

so ive booked my nt scan for december the 20th when ill be around 12 weeks exactly. i had my first scan at 7w6d and heartbeat was healthy etc but ive lost symptoms (except cramping) which even though ive had this whole time i still get super worried about them. any ideas on keeping sanity for the next 2 weeks?? ive heard that its normal to lose symptoms but im still so worried
