what could this be??? 😭

My baby is 2 months old and he is breastfed and hasn’t pooped in a lil over a week, he’s been constantly fussy, acts like his belly hurts, super super gassy etc.. I’ve bicycled his legs, gave gas drops, stuck a thermometer in his butt etc… and when I go to wipe his butt when I change him he’ll have a lil poop on the wipe.. I honestly don’t know what else to do here, I feel so bad for him someone please help me 😭😭
