4 weeks and hardly any symptoms

I spotted yesterday and haven’t really had any issues since then assuming it was from implantation according to the doctor …but I haven’t had any symptoms with this pregnancy like the last one. My breast’s haven’t changed at all…I’m basically just very very tired and feel light cramp that comes and goes in my lower abdomen on the right but it’s nothing that lasts and isn’t major. I’m just fearful. Anyone else not have any symptoms or only 1?
